There are some required fields...other fields are optional.  I'll set up a custom search site for you. All the current MLS listings that match your criteria will be emailed to you and will appear on your site. Your searches will be automatically updated daily directly from the MLS system and will include photos and other important information.

Your search site will include functions to save " Favorites" and "Possibles" or you can "reject"  properties that don't appeal to you. Individual listings will also be updated if  there is a change in status (ie  Sold , Contract Pending etc.) or if there is a list price change. We can add searches or make changes to your search parameters at any time.

 Also, I regularly track everything currently for sale. In many instances, I know of homes in Austin that are not yet listed on the Multiple Listings Service (MLS).
